All orders made before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Any orders made after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.
We DO NOT ship over weekends and all orders made after 2pm Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
International orders can take up to 7 working days to arrive.
Please note that delivery is not always guaranteed. Occasionally items may be delayed and in less cases, lost in transit. In this event, the customer is entitled to a refund or resent product. We require a waiting period of 10 business days before we can provide either of these options.
Refunds & Returns
For returned goods, we offer a replacement or refund, provided that the goods are returned in their original condition. If any goods are returned used/opened, a refund will not be processed.
To receive a refund, you must inform us of any issues within 14 days of receiving the item/s. You then have a further 14 days to return them.
We must receive the returned item first before we can reimburse the buyer. We cannot provide a refund for an item that is in transit.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only cover the cost of return postage if we are at fault.
